Card cancellation

Dear Sir,

Please furnish me with the details of the outstanding amount due on my ICICI bank credit card no:4477 4602 0616 8017. I want to pay that and cancel my credit card with immediate effect. I have put up with enough nuisance of unecesssary billings and newcharges in one form or the other for the past 6 months.

Please send me the total amount due so we can end this once for all.
