Cheated while making Fixed Deposit

Hello All,

My name is Sameer Naik. I stay in Pune but due to some work I was in Hyderabad in year 2008. In Hyderabad I made a Fixed Deposit in ICICI Bank F.D Account No:- 004010032461. Fixed Deposit was of amount 50, 000 and for duration of 6 months. I was told by ICICI bank that the amount after maturity will come directly into my saving account but it never happen. Nither I got the recept of the fixed deposit I made. I approched ICICI bank mainy times and thay say you need to go back to Hyderabad Branch to get the duplicate receipt. It's not possiable for me to go so long in Hyderabad from Pune. I am really frustrated with this incidence. Why do thay call ICICI as anywhere banking if user need to travel from one city to another for banking work.
