ICICI Calls me to pay bill for card i dont have

I keep getting calls from icici bank for card i dont have and despite of explaining they keep calling and each time a different ammount is specified. once they say i owe them 5000 once 2000 i keep explaining them and ask them for more details all they tell are they are collection agency and that i am defaulted so they are calling they dont have any details they call holidays working days almost every week someone pls help i called icici bank taked to everyone i possilby can still no effect. oh and they say i took the card in 2000 this is 2009 if i took in 2000 why dint they call me till now and why are they doing so now someone pls help.
