AVOIDING PHONES

I am a consumer for LPG gas connection with Kanpur Gas, 112/343A-1, Swaroop Nagar, Kanpur. My consumer no. is 18706. My name is Rajiv Kapoor. I am resident of 12/489 Gwaltoli Kanpur.

My cell No. is 9839034761. When ever I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. Anytime of the day these telephone numbers are either engaged or they don't pick up. I have been trying for more than 16 days over phone continuously for booking the gas cylinder.

The tel. nos. provided by them (0512 2535192 and 0512-3270404) remain busy and they do not answer, Its real uphill task to get the gas booked..

Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system by e-mail and have some acknowledgement system to overcome this situation.

So Plz do the needful.
