Credit Card Settlement

Hi,

I have been trying to get my Credit Card settled on a fair amount since January but to no help, in April my entirely salary which comes through my ICICI salary account was taken over and it was not cleared, My Principal amount is Rs.69, 000/- I've already paid lot of interest, since the time I have been trying to get this settled, they've already taken Rs.30, 000/- from my account, still when I call up bank or if they call me up, they say the settlement amount to be Rs.65, 000/- which is completely unfair.

I've written several mails to the customer care which responded me by someone calling me with the settlement amount and he offered me the same Rs.65, 000/-.

Earlier when I visited ICICI, SD Tower, Rohini in May for settlement they asked (agent Named Pooja) me to come in July for a futher more less amount settlement, then at that point, Customer care phone banking I was being offered was Rs.55, 000/-, During my visit in July she said the max she can help me is Rs.65, 000/-. She made me speak to someone Pradeep (some Manager in ICICI - Ph # 9999609530) who promised me a call back, till date he has not called me back and has been refusing to speak to me by giving phones to some or the other person who state he's in a meeting.

Not sure if giving my complaint on this forum can help, but I believe issues with this bank should be looked seriously as this bank calls itself the Best Customer Care service bank in India.
