Money get debit from my account without getting out of ATM

I am Omprakash Meena an employee of SAIL . My Atm details are

ATM from which i tried to debit money has ATM ID no. S! CW2977

Time13:50, date 16/08

Transation no. 344 amount on this Trans no. 5000 (Rs.)

Transtion no. 345 amount on this trans no. 4000 (Rs.)

and the response code was 059

This ATM is located in Arya Nagar, Alwar, Rajasthan

please see the matter and credit my amount of Rs. 9000 in my account.
