Cutting of balance without withdrawing the money from ATM

Dear Sir,

While withdrawing the money from state bank atm centre of marol the account is of ICICI bank on dt:-29.4.09, time:-17:56 i inserted the icici atm card into the machine to withdraw the Rs.500 amount but no money was let out from the m/c. I didn't got the money but next day when i checked my balance at that time i found that they have cut my Rs.500 from my account.

So please look into the matter seriously as i have not yet got the clearance from the icici bank.
