Misguid & Debit amount withou any transcation

Dear Sir,

I want to inform you that I received a Credit Card from ICICI bank without any notice and Signature, any Form Fill. When i received the card I was really shocked that how this kind of reputed organisation can do such type of task but when i contacts with their customer care they didn't provide any reasonable response.

Secondly a loan amount of Rs.10, 000/- is also sanctioned without any application, discussion. When i received the cheque I didn't cash the same but the installment of the Loan is also debited in my credit card statement.

Further, the collection agency of the said bank is disturbing me 5-10 times in a day.

You are therefore requested to please look into the matter otherwise i will go to consumer court.
