EMI option Withdrawn

I am Somasundaram using ICICI Credit card for more than 3 years. I have been offered EMI for the transactions i made. I have converted a transaction done on july also. Keeping that in mind I swiped for amount of 24, 000, But when i asked for conversion, they are saying EMI option is not available. They also said that this was due to a corporate change. For junk things the icici will send mails, i want to know why they didnt send mail to me regarding this change. We cannot call the customer care now and then to get updates. I have to look out for money now.
