In latest letter i have been told about the conditions of the loan and other details. They have also refused to accept that the Field executive whose name was Gaurav abused me or harrased me. I am really annoyed by the communication they have sent me which nowhere mention the apology.

When i talk about the ECS it had some Technical problem which i am not aware of and even their executives never gave me a solution on the same. Their exectives only collected payments and few times they had collected bouncing charges i.e. Rs.225 which is not applicable in such cases (Technical problem).

All i expected was an apology for such a harrasment but i feel that there is no use.

You can do what you want to do and i will do what i should.
