Wrong fine for late payment

Dear sir / madam

I am truly write that you are put wrong fine to me

last time i pay 12000 rupee .for policy.and 476.76 late fee.

Total is 12477.

so i drop a cheqe for 12477.

so please tell why you again you put fine for me.

AT any cost i never give a fine.

so please cansel my fine and call me on urgent basis.
