Conformation of taranprit complain

To reliance Head Ahmadabad,

I just want to know why you did this unfair with taranprit, he is using your mobile and reliance connection from past 5 month and you charged him 320 rs extra although he had a SMS pack and you silly person charged him for his local messages, how can you do this... now you have to return his money otherwise i with my friends who are currently reliance user will closed our connection as it can happens to us also in future so why should we take risk as our friend taranprit already robed by you, his cell number is 9374933839, and if you don't refund his money than we will go to customer high court and logged a complain against you, so its better for you to settle this issue outside otherwise we will meet at high court, as we know that reliance is a big company than why r u doing this... if you not take any step after this mail than our agitation move forward so its better for u to refund my friends money as 320 is not a small amount otherwise you lost almost 50 reliance connection and and most important pride also... so i am very eager for your reply...
