ATM problems

Dear Sir,

I have an salery account on your bank at neheru place branch delhi

today i want to withdrawal ten thousent from my ICICI Bank account NO629401519531 by useaing the ATM of State Bank Of India AT Vikash nager Distt. Dehradun (Uttranchal) which branch code is 08001. but due to ATM machine problems i cant receipt the money from ATM machine but thoes ten thousand has been debit to my account. i had summit my complane at SBI branch ATM incharge in writen and want to informe to u pl. creadit ten thousand in my account as early as possible.

SO u r requested kindly do the needfull as early as possible.
