Not Delivering the courier to the Address specified

Dear Sir,

I don't know why always Express IT Couiers shows a problem in delivering the item to the specified address. Delivery address mentioned was my residence address but they trying to deliver the good to my office address (As I am in night shift I can't recieve the courier). Because of this reason this the third time my courier is sent back to the bank. On calling i metnioned about my resd address, main thing is that my resd address is just 200 m away from the courier office. To avoid the same situation i went to the office and asked for the courier. But reply was same "It's been sent to my office". I checked with the address details, specified address is my resd address only. I tried of calling the office so many times but they are disconnecting the call. If I am in need to send goods through courier service, I am sure I won't even think of sending goods through Express IT Courier.
