Non-receipt of IT certificate for FY:09

Every year I use to get a lot of problem while I ask for provisional Income Tax Certificate against my home loan Account No. LBCAL00001573043. This year I applied online for the same on 11/07/08 and a service request no. SR72562416 was given after online booking with a massage in my screen that my request would be attended within 2 days. But in the next very day I obtain an e-mail that “We are currently unable to process your request. Please contact Customer Care for further clarification”. So, I wrote an e-mail to customer care stating the fact and got reply from customer care Officer Mr. U.V.Rajesh & Mr. Ashish Joshi that it will be delivered within 23rd July’08 . But till date I didn’t get it and if I failed to submit it within a stipulated time to my organization then they will start deductions in the head of Income Tax from my salary.

Last year also I face a lot of problem and ultimately got it after 2 months of repeated follow up.
