Without taking loan bank fearing me

I have not taken any type of from icici bank but these record have i have taken loan. i had applied loan from icici bank, but i have not taken loan from icici bank becouse it not suitable for me these given me only few amount but i wanted more money. so, i have denied that loan. i have not taken my documents from icici. i think my documents attached to another loan. so there is some problem, then bank sent recovery agent at my home again & again.
