Please refer my earlier complaints filed on 17sept confirmation code137ab and 18sept code beingdd78d.no action has been taken by the company.i was holding icici card no 5176 5336 0245 8009 on its own initiative the bank decided to upgrade the old card and gave me a new card4477 4735 7674 9001. as per the banks instructions i destroyed the old card and deposited the same. i now find i am billed some 14, 000rs for a card which i have never used. i have tried to explain this to your customer care but to no avail.if the card has been used please provide the details on my e - mail ID.YOUR VERBAL HARASSMENT IF IT CONTINUES WILL FORCE ME TO TAKE YOU TO THE CONSUMER COURT.
