Rs20000/-deducted from my account

Dear sir

i used icici atmcard in SBI atm at 10.10.08 for taking Rs20000/-.but SBI atm gave a slip in which written 'sorry unable to proceed' and not transactioned.next day i sow Rs20020/- is deducted from my account.at 13.10.08 i complained to icici costumer care who gave me com.id.-SR82578587 and said your complain will be proceeded in 8 working day. At 22.10.08 massaged me that you will have t wait 45 days.sir why i am waiting 4 this.i need money.
