Case of threatening and harassment done by ICICI DSA named Rakesh Arora

I wish to bring to your notice that an ICICI DSA named Rakesh Arora, (mobile # 9911126363, Vehicle # UP 13 H 0150) has been harassing & threatening me.

Today in the morning at 9:15am he came to my residence (218, sector 29, ganga apartments, noida- 201301) and has harassed me by using abusive language and also attempt to harm me when I was all alone in my house. He has been threatening me for not making payment of month of August for my car loan account, the payment was made in time by me and I have confirmed the same from the bank and the bank has also confirmed of receiving the payment on 7th August’09 as per schedule.

Despite of making regular payments & being in regular touch with bank this ICICI DAS has misbehaved with me.

With today’s incident done by this person I feel I’m not safe in my own home. To avoid any further problem and mental harassment I would request you to please take strict action against this person.

In order to protect my self I have lodged a FIR against this person.
