ICICI Corporate Credit Card
Wrong Milling & Mentally Harass & Misbehave

ICICI Credit Card #: 4864093125036006. They had misbilled in my account. They told a cheque # 475604, amount of Rs.5000/- returned & they debited the same amount in my account in 5th Jun'08, after that they were demanding Rs.5000/- additional to me. That cheque is not mine & not concern to me any how. I had also talked with customer care dept. so many times, but they didn't resolve my problem. Then, I told without resolving the problem, I am not going to deposit any amount in my Crdit card account and make a remarks "only billing personnel & you will responsible for the same". After that, they transfer my no to their DSA & other agencies. Those persons have been continuously going to make a phone calls & mentally harass me and using ABUSE WORDS. The person name is "MR. PANKAJ"

They also send a legal notice through their legal farm-Delhi, wherein they mentioned if I didn't make a payment or contact to me within 7 days, I would take legal step. After that I called in Customer care dept. with Mr. Mansoor, Mr. Nadeem, Ms. Sheetal etc. Only Mr. Nadeem had to try my problem & process a request for the same. In mean while I got a call from mob #. 9873924736 yesterday & another from Landline # 0124-4268168 today through "MR. PANKAJ". He told "I am calling from ICICI Sec-14 Branch, Gurgaon. He started to speak so many abuse words, you can’t imagine & I am also unable to explain about how the person is narrow minded & as a wild man not mannered. He told "tu rahata kahan hain mughe bata". I am totally fed up, upset and mentally tired. I am not a local person here. Plz help me. No one can think about ICICI can do misbehave in these ways. Please do something...
