this is my compliant application

Dear Sir,

My name is rakesh bhatia residence in Faridabad (Haryana). i m using

this card last 6 years. but last Oct Month 2008. Anyone use my CR card

through Online. 2 fraud transactions show my cr card. Immediate I was

card block and last 2.3 month call to customer care but proper not

response.

i was sending a fax many time

so i have request number SR97866447. another pls check ur computer. pls

take this action asap
