ICICI Credit Card 5176535030688008
Payment Charged from me but not done to Reliance Infocom

I had paid the bill of Reliance Infocom on 28/06 by this credit card of Rs. 740/-

But my Outgoing facility was cut by Reliance on 10th July due to non payment of the bill.

on that the I had paid the amount by Citibank Card.

ICICI Bank Charged that amount in my Card Statement

on Sending complaint to ICICI Bank they said this amount

would deduct in your next statement & send me the mail

that your complaint is resoulved.

But in next statment amount was not deducted.

I had paid the amount but I have deposited Rs. 500/- Less

because they have not solved my complaint. & I had sent the

mail Stop my credit card & send me Rs. 240/- I had excess paid to you.

But till today I am receiving their bills with late payment charges

& calls from their executives.

How is this problem would be resolved? I had paid alreday Extra Rs. 240/- to Bank.
