Status of Cheque payment

This is to state that Cheque No 793776 dated 21.09.2010 for Rs.4790.00 drawn on Axis Bank Ltd, M G Road, Bangalore-1 in favour of "ICICI Credit card No 4629864140287006" was dropped on 21.09.2010 at Old Airport Road's Skypack Box (Behind Rajeshwari Theatre).

Regret to state that it is still not cleared as on date. I request you to kindly look into the matter as I would not be able to pay the late payment fee as I have dropped the Cheque much before the Due date.
