Fake transaction in the statement

I am holding an ICICI Credit card. In my last month statement i have a transaction of 3000 rs. Cash withdrawal from my credit card. I dont have any add on card with anyone else. and i have stopped using the card for past 3 months. The transaction is totally invalid. I called customer care and asked them to revert the charges but they are not responding. What to do... How to get out of all this?
