Unnecessary charges levied

Please note that since 2/3 months I am not using your card for any transaction.

I am surprised to see that though I am not using the card you levied a charge of Rs 934.55 and ask me to pay it.

Please note that how a client pay such a bill without using the card.

So it is my humble request to waive theis amount at the earlist and cancell the above card.
