Late recived of statement due to that bank fine late payment fees

I m owner of icici bank credit card from last 4 years but from last 1 year so my statement not reach me on time, for that reason i didnt know when the payment drop on time for that reason bank fine me additional late fee from me that should not b done thats bank fault not mine can bank return my late fee charges o
