E-Statement of Credit Card

I never receive my credit card statement on my e-mail id although email id had been given long back and many times requested for the same also but nobody is paying attention also.

On every credit card statement (which ever hard copy) i received it is mentioned that a copy of the same has been sent to you on your email id but none of them have ever reached to me and because of this reason many times i got to pay the late fine. The same situation is this time also. I have not yet received the card statement for the last month.

Request you to kindly send me the same at the earliest by email.
