Wrong billing of tata tele no.the no is somebody else

I had icici credit card no 5176377010486008.in month of apr 07, there started the probelm of billing of tata tele visa bill. i told them that i donot have tata no and i am wrongly billed. but to no awail. i requested them no of times at there helpline.but couldnot get reply/i told them to settle the account, but they least bothered. at last they had freezed my salary account. please guide me what to do in future.
