i am using the above mentioned credit card but now i want to cancel these card because i am suffering unhealthy as i am a handicap i am not able to run my business due to my health condition and not able to pay the amount so please allow me to settle my card as three installments i have given one payment of rs 5000/- by cheque and your receipt no is c0908 6645195 and next two installments will be made after receiving your full and final settlement letter and i had already given a request to your executive with the cheque on 24/10

please make it as soon as possible
