STAEMENT NOT RECEIVED AND WRONG DEBITS

My card no is 4477469810495005. I have not received statements for many months and years. I am an NRI not using my card at all. Lastly i used in may 08. However everymonth my account is debited with Rs.150-200. I do not know what the debit is due to? The phone banking is a total waste of time and criminal waste of everything. I do not know where to complain about this? will you please help me?
