Arbitrary deduction from salary account against outstanding amount of the credit card

The request for closure was NOTentertained by the agency who was following up for payment against outstanding dues. different agencies used to call on me for the minimum balance payable, but nobody kept the request for the closure of the card.

This was a ICICI big bazaar card, issued to me on basis of submission of my business card at BIG BAZZAR COUNTER exit at MULUND during 2005.

unable, to reach throgh to the APPROPRIATE AUTHORITY - through the call center number.

personal visit to ICICI branches also not yielding any result.

I seek reprive on the arbitrary action when ata one transaction entire amount was taken out of my salary account maintained at ICICI. I can be reached at 919819380576
