Blocked the Card without any Request or Complain

Dear Team,

My Card has been blocked with out any reason, ICICI says I have called them on 22 Dec and requested to block the card, however I am in LONDON since 19 SEP My Reliance number does not work any more in this Country.

I have neither called them by any number nor written them to block my card and when I ask them to make my Card Active, they force me to accept that I asked to do so, however they have no proof for this that I have asked to do so. ICICI says that we can issue a new card for you, come INDIA to collect that.

Now I am facing lots of problem because I can not use this.

1) I can not purchase any books/cd or anything where Credit Card is necessary like Paypal, you need to have Credit card number with you.

2) I am in different country (LONDON) for 6 Months, I was keeping this credit Card as one of my Back up/Reserved Money, like when I was in urgency and running short of Money/Cash, however it failed.

I had to experience a very embarrassing situation in a hospital.

I thought my card is working and I have given that to the reception and than she complained, this is not working Sir, It is Blocked. There was no cash with me at that point of time, than I had to call my Friend to pay my all bills.

3) Because the card was blocked, I could pay my Instalment of ICICI bills online and now ICICI itself will charge me the delay charges for the same as I can ask my old aged mother in India to go to Bank and submit the instalment.

4) It is getting more than a month I am talking to ICICI managers, however I did not get any response.
