Account Fully Paid- ICICI

I have made full payment to my credit card account and i am still getting calls and statement that i have not paid. I had approached the Customer Service and given the proofs of payment been done in full and still they don't have an answer on my payment.

Its been 4 months and i don't have any answer from. I had sent about 18 mails to them regarding this issue and the only answer i get is, We are looking it to it..Now that has also stopped. The only calls i get it is from the collection department. Sir your payment is not done. Then i have explain to them the whole situation and they are gone for a month. Same thing happens every month.

What should i do to solve this problem... Pls Help
