Fake Information by Credit Card Call Centre

Hi,

I had recieved a call from ICICI Credit Card Call center, who said that I have been offered by a Platinum Card of ICICI Bank. For this he said that I will have to pay 2000 annual charges which will be paid back as a reward points of 2000 which I can redeem later while shopping. In the first bill itself I recieved the annual charges bill which I have already paid. After that in the Next bill i didnt got the redeem points for which I asked the Credit Card department. They said that there is no such scheme in the Platinum Card. After that bank has reverted back the money.

Well I need that a strict action should to taken against such employess who make a false commiting to the customers. My Credit Card Number is 4629 8630 0530 6000
