ICICI Credit Card
Excess charge

I have a credit card of icici bank Card no:-4477465247095004.EMI Card.the recovery executive are making call to me in regular basis.they are charging more withought my knoladge.i had purchase a mobile of Rs-5700 (aprx).but within 15 days they sent me a stament where i have to pay minium Rs-4000/- i paid that ammount on time and than i got a statement where i have to pay more amount with EMI charges, intrest charges service tax.when i call on customer care 022-28307777.they do not respond and the language which is used by them is not good to talk to them.i am getting regular call from andheri J.B.Nagar the executive is now calling me and threreataned me weather i will be on train or in road crossing.

I need healp and sujjesation.
