Settlement

Hi,

For the past 2 years I am using EMI card (Rs. 2000). Last year due to Job crisis I am unable to pay my 01 month premium and in very next month paid Rs 2000 . After putting late payments like 300, 600, 1000 not it becomes 4545. But last 2 months I am chasing with Customer call centre for this clearance. But no proper response from their side. ATlast Last month before due date I again contact the call centre for this settlement. They told our settlement person will contact U with in five days. Still I have not received a single call than fresh statement.

pl look at this matter and do the needful.

I also conformed with that executive for further late fee, he says they don't put.
