Charging the amount double then the actual billing amount

Hi,

These is regarding the statment of ICICI credit card. I'am being using the icici credit card

for billing my MTNL Bill (which is autogenereated). I had been charged double then my actual

billing amount showing me as an late fees, Service tax, interest etc which are not

applicable.

Breifing about my issue, I had an talk with ICICI officer in month of December he told me

that i had an due which would be settled after paying an amount of 24500. He told me that

these would be my final amount to clear all my dues. But after doing al my payment on 19 Dec

08 i got another statement on 20 Dec 08 mentioned with 120 Rs. balance amount is balance and

also they applied me 400 Late fee charges on that.

Now from month of Jan to Mar the amount exceeds to 2850 out of which only 1600 is my billing

amount i find no reason to pay them extra.

Please help me going further others wise they would again charge me late fees for these

month also.
