Today i spoke to your customer person, he told me like they cant convert EMI until 6 months. Before 2 days i spoke to one of your person, he told me like you can convert it at anytime, if its after 7 days means you will get an offer like low interst rate. Today i cant convert, so u r cheating your customers. Y u ppl are doing business like this. Cant you provide u customer care executive a training. Starting they told me like you cant convert until 3 months now 6 months. Is it a customer care. Im going to cancel this card, if proper action is not take. Executive name (Shabas). This is a fault on your side. Your guys provided information wrongly, how can i be a victim for this. He didnt call his manager or his superior, he told me, you can give complaint to anyone like threatening. You will record all conversation rite.then hear wat i spoke and ur guys spoke. This is a worst bank i ever seen.
