Online Credit Card Fraud

I own an ICICI bank credit card, which i have not used since last 2 years. Today i recieved a call from ICICI bank sayin that transactions had been done on my card. I checked My E-statemenet on ICICI bank website and found that two transactions, one dated 16/04 of some 40, 000 rupees and another dated 19/04 of some 65, 000 rupees had been done from My card. The transactions were done by some "AL majeed communication". i immediately called up the customer care office and got my cards blocked and a "dispute" raised. Can u please suggest me that do i need to register an FIR and what are my options. What does Bank do in such cases?
