Withdrawal of complaint against ICICI Bank Limited

Dear Sir/ Madam,

On 15th May I, Alka Bedi, have lodged a complaint against ICICI Bank Limited for my credit card account No. 4477 4684 6763 8008. ICICI Bank have levied unnecessary financial charges such as interest charges, service tax, etc. on my credit card account.

It is bring to your kind notice that the ICICI Bank has reversed all the financial charges levied on my credit card account. Hence, I hereby withdraw my compalint against the bank.

I am very much pleased and thankful to the kind and quick cooperation provided to me by your side.
