PL find below the compliant for a Credit card Fraud done ICICI Bank Credit card wing.

Summary:

In December I have applied for Platinum credit card from ICICI bank through an agent by the end of the month I got a golden card which I already had from different bank. So I spoke to agent and asked him to cancel the card the same day the agent came to my office and told that he would speak to office official and change the card for me he took my mobile and spoke for 20 min and finally told that the changes have been made and assured me that I will get the card in 15 days. Then after a month I got transferred to Bangalore from Chennai tried to call the agent but the number was not in use and I got a statement billed for 3500 saying and insurance policy has been initiated for the card by ICICI Lombardi agency. Then I spoke to customer care officer over the phone.

Issues:

1. Customer care officer assured me that issue will be resolved once I cancel the Insurance policy.

2. After cancelation of the Policy addition charge of 8600 was charged as cancellation charge.

3. Hereafter Customer care officer in credit card department and Lombardi agency played with me asking me to call the other department when I tried with one.
