Unreliable Untimely and opretty much inaccurate coordination between the service depts of ICICI

The Banks credit card dept has been overtly unproffessional in theri customer service techniques. The situation is this. Aug 08 a transaction of 160 was charged which was not billed to me... The statements were also not sent to me on time. When inquired about the same the bank states that they have sent it to my address and email both of which were wrong on their systems. On this amount they charged a late payment fee of 400. something not only exhotbitant but also unproffesional. they have outsources their collection to a third party not a gunda... but they lack any etiquette as well. Instead of understanding the situation the person wants collection of dues which I did not pay. This again continued for another month by which I had paid my 160 original amount. Again on top of this they charged another late payment fees for one late payment fees... Despite my repeated reminders and follow up with their customer service dept they have sorted this issue... The balance as it stands not is 2000??? Probably when their late payment fees reached 40000 they will start collecting. Shamefule for such a bank to do something like this... The custmoer service dept have been ineffective to get my action solved...
