ICICI Credit Card payment Harassment

Hi,

The card is registered under the name of my father "Sharad R Malwankar". We have already settled the credit card amount and received the settlement letter from ICICI approximately 6 months back. Still we are receiving the monthly statements and calls from recovery department for paying the dues.

Today 10th June 11:00 A.M "Sadhana" from ICIC called asking to paying the dues and used abusing language when we said her we have already settled the amount. The number from which she called us is "022 40671900"

Please guide us regarding the above matter. Also let us know how can we take severe action against this girl who abused us.
