Incapable of handling call, pending for more than 8 months

I had asked for details regarding extra charges in my credit card every month . they took 3 months to reply. During this time they had charged me. When highlited they had given a new no and started referring to this no only. Instead of giving proof that it was not attended they are not reversing the charges and in addition to this they are sending me bills with late fees etc. Also they had forcibly deducted money from my account and started giving justification on that instead on attendeing the real issue. Such unprofessional approach gives a wrong idea about the recruitment policy and the management. I want to close this chapter and would noit like tro receive any further bills. Please help.
