Pls note i have issued a cheque in favor of ICICI credit card no.5177194174773009 (cheque no.587631 - RS.500/-) for my Credit card settlement, unfortunatually the last month statement shows Rs.400/- as a late payment fee and the check i have deposited in your drop box on 30/05 Willington Island Cochin.
ICICI bank local officer Mr. Amal has promised me to wave the related cost and the waiver will be reflect in your next month bill (400 10.3%), today 09/06 i have checked with your bank by phone and i do not find any waiver and Mr. Sandeeph straight away to reject my request.
I am settling amount on a month wise since 2005 onwards and the same you can check through my credit card statement.
Hence i request you to kindly wave the said amount at the earliest.
I am expecting your good cooperation. Kindly do the needful and confirm asap.
