Cancellation Of Credit Card

Hello

I was having a ICICI HPCL Gold Credit Card and i used it for couple of months after that i requested them to cancel the card and i setteled the account in cash in the month of Feb 09 and they gave me the settelement letter along with cash receipt. But still they are sending me the Month Credit card bills and harrasing me by calling and messaging me after giving the details of settelment letter number and cash receipt number. Please let me know where to contact futher to resolve the matter..
