ICICI Credit card unknown debit day by day

Respected Sir,

I am facing lot of problem with ICICI Credit card, from last 8 months i am not using icici credit card but still they are debting my account with finace charges, Service tax, Auto debit, Late fee.

Acutal case is, i am not getting my monthly statement on my home addres, i am chasing with ICICI for getting this statment and they alwaying saying that u will get next month onwards, and debit my account not non receipt of payment. after that some one call me from ICICI and said paid some min amount so your account will not debit for extra charges and i did same till 4 months but still not update from ICICI now the are demanding me 17000/- Rs to pay for O/S and acutal seen is this is only extra and debit of finance charges.

Plz help me to come out of this matter.
