Dear Sir,

I had purchased a mobile from ICICI credit card in July for which i have not yet recived the bill from ur bank but still i have done the payments on 21st August before my due date & now they r charging me the late charges which is not payable from my side as it was delaied from your side& when i gave a call to you customer care they gave mw the respond by saying we can help u, now tell me what should i do. Thye customer care person in ICICI bank delhi branch respond is very bad . i have sent pleanty of mails to them regarding this matter but they r not responding they r just going on charging me the amount now i request u to help me out & look in to this matter as all the out standing is full completed from my side
