Hi To Whom It May Concern,

This is regarding my credit card no. 4864103134170009 with ICICI Bank, the entire due amount has been transferred to my salary a/c 039901524840 without informing me. I had received some calls to make the CC payment and the executive who called me up was told that I am out of country cant make this payment once I come back I will make this payment. When I come back I checked my a/c and it was showing negative balance, I didn’t receive even one sms regarding transferring this outstanding to my salary a/c. Now yesterday when I called up in your customer I was told that this card is temporarily out of service once I make the payment it can be activated and today when I called up again I was told this card is permanently out of service. So if you can’t provide me this card again there is no use to make this payment. You can see the record last four months I didn’t make this payment because I was not in country but before that I used to make this payment on time doesn’t matter it was minimum amount. So if you can reopen this card then I would be happy to make this payment.
