ICICI cheating the customers by making false promises about refunds

Dear All,

Please be aware of ICICI credit cards, my cards was charged for late payment fee for the months of April, May, June and July and in all of these occasions I had called up the ICICI customer care to request the refund and in all of these occasions I was told was customer care that they have placed the request for refund and it will get reflected in the next statement. I have noticed in my credit card statement that NONE of these refunds have been actually made! When I called up the customer care again to check what happened they tell me that they didn't get any call from me for these refunds and refused to refund the late payment charged on my card.
